The experience includes:

- Local indigenous guide. During the tour during the hot springs and other nearby sites, they talk about territory, community, tourism, gastronomy, nature. Pastotherapy, mud therapy is also performed.

Development:
We will pick them up where they are staying in Popayán at 9:00 am and we will travel southeast for an hour and a half until we reach the Salinas hot springs, in Coconuco.
Once there, we will enter the spa and get to know the territory together with a local guide, discovering everything related to nature that surrounds the Coconuco hot springs and the most relevant traditions of the indigenous population. Likewise, the guide will reveal the best kept secrets of Coconuco, such as the medicinal properties of its waters.
After this tour, you will have free time to bathe in the hot springs. The time has come to connect with Colombian nature! You can enjoy the pools of the spa enjoying the different benefits they have for health.
To complete the day, we will enjoy a delicious typical lunch of the region consisting of a main dish accompanied by rice, chicken, trout, meat, salad and soup. To lick your fingers!
With our appetites satisfied, we can go for a 1-hour walk along the slopes of the resort that is surrounded by magnificent nature and later on we will be able to observe beautiful waterfalls that are next to the road, then we will head back to your hotel in Popayán. The tour will end at approximately 5:00 p.m.
Recommendations:
Wear warm clothing for low temperatures (between 5 and 10 degrees C). very comfortable shoes (tennis) or for short walks.
Waterproof suit or waterproof jacket in case it rains.
